Terms of service

Who can use it
You need to be 13 or older, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian has to agree to these terms on your behalf.
What the app is
FuelStack is a tracker and a reminder. It lets you:
- Build a stack from a bundled catalogue of 26 supplements, or from entries you add yourself.
- Tick off what you have taken, day by day, and see your completion and your streak on the home screen.
- Schedule local reminders in up to six slots a day.
- Read a page per supplement covering dose, timing, effects, cautions and the research behind them.
The app is provided as it is. It may change, and features may be added or removed in later versions.
Not medical advice
FuelStack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. The information in the catalogue is educational, it describes what supplements are generally understood to do, and it is not a recommendation for you specifically.
Talk to a doctor or a pharmacist before you start, stop or change a supplement, and especially if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a health condition. Supplements interact with medicines.
You are responsible for what you decide to take. We are not liable for adverse reactions or health outcomes.
Accounts
An account is optional. The app is fully usable without one, and creating one only adds backup and restore across devices.
- If you create one, keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete it at any time in Profile, then Security & Privacy. Deletion is permanent.
- We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms.
What you agree not to do
- Use the app for anything illegal.
- Reverse engineer it, break its security, or interfere with its servers.
- Scrape or bulk-extract the supplement catalogue.
- Resell or redistribute the app.
Ownership
The app, its design, its illustrations and the catalogue text belong to FuelStack. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app, which ends if you break these terms.
What you enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it for the sole purpose of running the app for you.
Price
FuelStack is free and contains no in-app purchases, no subscription and no advertising. If a paid feature is ever added, Apple will handle the payment, we will never see your card details, and these terms will be updated before it ships.
Warranties and liability
The app is provided as it is and as available, with no warranty of any kind. The catalogue is compiled by hand and may contain errors or omissions.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for lost data, or for health outcomes related to supplement use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is currently nothing.
Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Ending it
Delete the app whenever you like, and delete your account in the app if you made one. We may end your licence if you break these terms. The clauses that are meant to survive termination do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes will be heard in the courts of California. You may also bring a claim in small claims court where you live if you are eligible.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will move.
