Getting Started with FuelStack

Creating Your Account

Sign up with email, Google, or Apple Sign-In. Set up your profile with age, gender, height, weight, and fitness goals. This information helps us provide personalized supplement recommendations.

Adding Supplements to Your Stack

Browse the supplement database by tapping 'Add Supplement'. Search for supplements or use 'Add Custom Supplement' for items not in our database. Set dosage, timing preferences, and whether the supplement is active in your daily routine.

Setting Up Reminders

Enable notifications in iOS Settings → FuelStack → Notifications. In the app, choose reminder times: Morning, Afternoon, Pre-Workout, Post-Workout, or set custom times. You can have up to 4 daily reminders.

Using the Daily Checklist

Tap supplements to mark them as taken. Checked items move to the bottom of the list. Your completion percentage updates automatically. Complete all items before midnight to maintain your streak.

Understanding Streaks

A streak is maintained by completing all supplements every day. Your flame changes colors as you reach milestones: Gray (starting), Bronze (3 days), Orange (7 days), Red (14 days), etc. Missing a day resets your streak, but your history is preserved.

Account & Settings

Editing Your Profile

Go to Profile → Edit Profile. Update your age, weight, fitness goals, or preferred units (metric/imperial). Changes are saved automatically.

Managing Notifications

Enable/disable notifications in app Settings. Change reminder times, enable streak reminders, or enable achievement alerts. For full notification control, go to iOS Settings → FuelStack → Notifications.

Viewing Your History

Tap History to see past supplement logs, adherence statistics, and streak history. Filter by date range or specific supplements.

Deleting Your Account

Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. To export your data first, email support@thefuelstack.com.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Notifications Not Working

1. Check iOS notification permissions: Settings → FuelStack → Notifications. 2. Ensure notifications are enabled in FuelStack app settings. 3. Restart the app. 4. Restart your device. 5. Check Do Not Disturb settings.

App Crashing or Freezing

1. Update to latest version of FuelStack from App Store. 2. Update iOS to latest version. 3. Clear app cache by reinstalling. 4. Check device storage (low storage can cause issues). 5. Contact support with device model and iOS version if issue persists.

Data Not Syncing

1. Check internet connection. 2. Sign out and sign back in. 3. Ensure you're using the same account on all devices. 4. Wait a few minutes for sync to complete. 5. Contact support if issue persists.

Can't Sign In

1. Verify email/password (use 'Forgot Password' if needed). 2. For Google/Apple Sign-In: Ensure you're using the same account you registered with. 3. Check internet connection. 4. Try signing in with a different method (email vs. OAuth).

Streak Not Updating

Ensure you completed all supplements before midnight (local time). Check that supplements are marked as taken (green checkmark). Streak may take a few seconds to update after completing all items.

Is FuelStack available on Android?

Currently FuelStack is iOS only. We're working on an Android version and will announce a release date soon.
